Yes. Depending on the engagement, Beymer can help your team think through the mission, audience, run of show, room layout, staging, timing, item sequence, fundraising moments, and the path into and out of the live call. The proposal should identify the exact consulting scope.

Can consulting be separate from the live auction?

Yes, subject to schedule and fit. Beymer has provided planning support when another auctioneer handled the live auction or when a long-standing client needed guidance despite a date conflict. Consulting-only deliverables are confirmed before work begins.

Are you only a fit for Western or conservation events?

No. Beymer brings authentic Western auction roots while adapting the tone, pace, preparation, and presence to the room. Experience includes conservation banquets, school galas, youth programs, community fundraisers, cattle-industry events, and formal benefit settings in multiple regions.

Available support may include sale planning, asset setup, lotting, clerking, payment processing, invoicing, live auctioneering, ring work, and settlement coordination. Yes. Tanner is available for contract bid calling, ring work, pedigree reading, and additional crew support. Equipment and commercial assignments may call for microphone work, while cattle and purebred sales may call for ring or pedigree support. Availability depends on the date, location, role, and sale type.

Yes. Beymer is based in Polson, Montana and has nationwide event experience. Most current auction travel is concentrated in the West, with additional work in markets including the Mid-Atlantic/DC area, Kansas City, and Texas.
